Upper Perk's Fieger Commits To Pitt

Upper Perkiomen's John Fieger, one of the top offensive linemen in eastern Pennsylvania, will continue his football career at the University of Pittsburgh. Fieger, who stands 6-6, 285-pounds, verbally committed to the Panthers earlier this week, choosing Pitt over Connecticut, Rutgers, Temple and Virginia.

The two-year starter, who serves as The Tribe's offensive and defensive tackles, plus the team's long snapper, bench presses 300-pounds and squats 475-pounds, and runs a 5.1 40-yard dash.
