2010 Pius X Football Story at High School Football America

by Jeff Fisher
Pennsylvania High School Football Huddle

Pius X (1-3) head coach Phil Stambaugh picked-up his first career coaching victory Friday with a solid 62-36 win over arch-rival Marian Catholic (1-3).

Stambaugh, who was an All-American quarterback at Lehigh University and played in the NFL and NFL Europe, is extremely pleased with the development of his freshman quarterback AJ Long, who passed for three touchdowns and ran for two more in the victory.

You can check-out highlights from the victory below, plus you can follow the Royals entire season at High School Football America at www.highschoolfootballamerica.com.

Pius is the smallest high schools playing football in Pennsylvania, and may be the smallest in America playing 11-man football.
