25-Year Old Takes Over Ringgold High School Football Program

One of the biggest changes on the high school football landscape is the average age of head coaches across the state, that continues to decrease as more-and-more school districts turn to younger coaches to deal with modern day athletes.

Earlier this year, Plymouth-Whitemarsh hired 26-year old Dan Chang as its new head coach.  Last month, Ringgold High set the bar a little lower when it hired 25-year old Matt Humbert as its new leader.

Reporter Chris Adamski of Tri-State Sports & News Service takes a look at the challenges facing Humbert, who only graduated from high school in 2003.
