Since former Pitt head coach Foge Fazio is overseeing the start-up of the new football program at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in suburban Pittsburgh, it should come as no surprise that former Pitt quarterback Bill Daniels is the program's new head coach. Daniels played for the Panthers in the 70's.

The OLSH Chargers will begin playing varsity ball in 2010. According to the school's website, this is the first time in 45 years that a new high school football program is being created by an established western PA school.
