Mark Scisly, who has turned around high school football programs at Salisbury and Boyertown, is the new head football coach at Northampton.

According to the Express-Times, Scisly, who is a Southern Columbia grad, has always wanted to work in the Lehigh Valley Interscholastic Athletic Conference.  He takes over for Jeff Brosky, who was not rehired after a 2-21 record in his two years at the helm.
